Health Care Valet – Site Supervisor


INTRO: The Site Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and scheduling of all valet/garage stands at the medical facility. This includes a working knowledge of each stand and/or garage, updating processes and procedures within each. The supervisor is in charge of safety, on site equipment, provides leadership, and training to new and existing team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Duties include but are not limited to the following)

1. Maintains accurate employee list including availability

–A. Updates phone numbers, emails, and addresses using the company approved method

–B. Constantly updates and monitors employee availability to ensure adequate coverage at each garage and stand under their direction

2. Keeps line of communication open between upper management and employees

–A. Emails, Text and Calls employees and management to ensure company expectations and scheduling are consistently met

–B. Notifies management and updates schedule immediately to minimize any situations that could potentially create problems

3. Has consistent communication messages when addressing employees as defined by management via email or text message

4. Maintains consistent training schedule with current and new employees

5. Ensure weekly paperwork is completed

6. Sets up and runs site meetings to ensure communication and expectations are clearly defined

7. Builds weekly work schedule for valet attendants and/or garage attendants turned in with a time sensitive deadline

8. Ensures cash deposits are turned into the office daily

9. Regularly assists in valet responsibilities and monitors valet stands and/or garages to ensure accurate reporting

10. Handles customer complaints in a timely fashion

11. Updates parking procedures for each stand and garage and ensures any necessary reporting is up to date

12. Monitors proper staffing levels for each stand and garage

13. Monitors and administers valet and garage safety procedures and ensures valet’s are in proper uniform attire daily

14. Interacts with contacts at each account to reassure Clayton Valets commitment to excellence is always being met. Prompt Polite Professional

15. Reports any incidents, egregious employee issues, and accidents to General Manager in a timely manner–A. Files all paperwork including employee coaching, written warnings, incident reports, or any other tracking reports in a timely manner

16. All other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in English both verbally and written
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Must have required education of High School or equivalent
  • Maintain professional appearance at all times
  • Able to preform physical activities such as running, lifting, and bending
  • Full time OPEN Availability
  • Must pass pre-employment background check
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
